A powerful platform for growing social media agencies
Vista Social gives us one central place to manage scheduling, approvals, reporting and community engagement across multiple client accounts. As a growing agency it provides the structure and visibility we need. Customer support has been very responsive. There is a learning curve at the beginning, and social profiles can occasionally disconnect when external platforms refresh their APIs, but reconnecting is straightforward once you know the process.

Great for small organizations
We recently switched from Loomly after their price increase, and Vista Social allows for approvals, content planning, reporting and staff engagement. It brings more to the table than any other program we researched. I'm really looking forward to the Employee Advocacy feature for our issue-based work. I do wish some of the features were already part of the package rather than additional add-on costs.

Seamless onboarding experience
Great onboarding experience — associates are highly informed on troubleshooting and connecting accounts. It can be a little overwhelming when first utilizing all the features because the system is so versatile and robust. We chose it over Sprout Social, Buffer, and Hootsuite: more affordable and more comprehensive. Buffer was too simple while Sprout and Hootsuite are too costly for a small business our size.

Easy to manage multiple clients and schedules
Easy to manage multiple clients and schedules. Advanced features like automations are great, and customer service is good when needed. I wish there were more features available on the mobile app — some are only on desktop. Otherwise everything is good.

Feature-rich platform with outstanding customer support
We switched from Sprout looking for more robust features and better support for managing multiple client accounts. Vista Social offered the functionality we needed along with excellent customer service — attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. They listen to feedback and keep improving the platform. There's a bit of a learning curve simply because it offers so many features, but once familiar it becomes much easier to navigate.

More than just a scheduling tool
I switched from Publer and Hootsuite because I wanted more than basic scheduling. The inbox feature lets me check comments, messages, and mentions in one place, and the DM automation and listening features save real time. Since it has a lot of features it took me some time to explore everything — automations and listening feel advanced at first, but after testing them I can see how useful they are.

The most thorough social management tool for growing multiple brands
It has all the features you need from scheduling, social listening, task management and advanced automations. Having it all in one place gives me my money's worth and lessens the outsourcing help I need. I can interact with my audience more because of the automations, which really boost engagement metrics. There are a lot of features and it can take some time to get used to, but it's very intuitive once you get the hang of it.

Perfect all-in-one platform for daily content management
The post scheduling and unified inbox are fantastic, and the Canva integration is seamless for pulling graphics directly. I switched from Sprout Social and Hootsuite primarily for better value for money — almost identical scheduling and analytics at a much more affordable price. It provides exactly what we need for competitor analysis and post tracking without the massive price tag. Initial setup took time because of the number of features, but the documentation helped.

Connecting my socials was initially quite difficult
Launching my account and connecting my socials was initially quite difficult and required me refreshing the page multiple times and revisiting the next day. Profile connection can be confusing, occasionally slow, and require repeated attempts or extra steps to complete.
