I like the desktop version but the mobile app has so many limitations. You can't schedule, set up automation, or do anything useful other than analytics. Why have an app with so many limitations? As a creator I am always on the go and having a functional app is key. I'm currently in the market looking for another option.
There's no phone number to call and emails take several days to answer. After content did not post as scheduled, five emails went unanswered for two weeks, and support rejected a request for credits as compensation.
Lack of native iPad support is disappointing. TikToks also fail to upload for me, even though the same video not only can get uploaded via the website for Vista Social, but also can be uploaded through the TikTok app itself.
